Dark & Ale

A twist on a Caribbean favourite.

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Pour 50ml dark rum over the ice and mix with 150ml Schweppes Signature Collection Ginger Ale.
3. Garnish with two wedges of lime.
4. Squeeze the first into the glass and drop the second in. Decorate with a sprig of mint.
