Cool your Martini glass, then pour:
- 45 ml Sir Edmond Gin into a shaker
- 15 ml of Passoã or De Kuyper passion fruit liqueur
- 60 ml passion fruit purée Sprinkle 2 barspoons of vanilla sugar on top.
Shake. Pour into a cooled Martini glass and garnish with half a passion fruit.
OPTIONAL: Add a small sidecar of dry Champagne to alternate sips with the cocktail as a palate cleanser. Enjoy!
