  From Mezcal Amores, this artisanal spirit is small-batch produced using traditional, sustainable techniques. Made from 8-year-old Espadín agave in the Oaxacan village of Tlacolula, Mezcal Verde is cooked using three types of wood to achieve has a complex flavour profile making it brilliant in cocktails.
  
  
• Gran Mitla Sal De Gusano (50g) - Salt your shot glasses or orange slice for a more traditional approach.
  Enhance any Mezcal, Tequila, or Michelada you pair it with. This traditional Oaxacan spice is made from sea salt, toasted and ground agave worms, and chile costeño. Provides a savoury flavour to accompany cocktails and drinks. Add to fruits, salads, or in signature Mexican dishes.
  
  
• Dashfire Mole Bitters, (50ml) - Add spicy, savoury and bitter notes of chocolate. Use in cooking for greater depth of flavour. 
  This wonderful chocolate, spicy, slightly savoury bitter was designed to compliment Tequila and Mezcal cocktails, but it also tastes great with bitter orange Campari cocktails. Versatile enough to enhance your drinks, and also use as a culinary partner to marinate meats and add flavour when cooking.
  
  
• Vaso Veladora mezcal glasses (Set of 2) - Traditional Oaxacan drinking glasses.
  Originally used in Oaxaca Catholic churches to hold prayer candles, these shot glasses have become synonymous with sipping Mezcal. These are the same traditional glass used in Oaxaca, identified with a symbol of the cross on the base. Made in Mexico, each holds 50ml.
