What are standard shipping costs?

• £4.95: sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hours for items weighing under 2kg, not containing liquids.
• £4.95: sent via Fed Ex / APC Courier / Other Courier  for items weighing over 2kg, containing liquids. 

How quickly will your process and dispatch my order?

We aim to process orders received within 1 to 2 days. We always try to do our best and dispatch every order following the above timelines, but during busy periods shipping times may be impacted.

How will my items be protected from damage during shipping?

All items (especially glass items) will be packaged carefully according to weight and size.

When will my order be delivered?

Couriers deliver between 08.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday.
