Made in Montreal, this ¾ OZ Tonic Syrup is a great little cheat for you gin fans. Made from Cinchona, the extract from bark that gives tonic water it’s characterful bitter taste, The syrup is a beautiful amber colour due to the extract which gives a gorgeous hue to your drinks.
It’s worth noting that some people are quite sensitive to cinchona and it can be too bitter for some. In which case, hey, just mix a little less with the sparkling water and you’re good to go. With this you can add as little or as much as you like to create tonics that are subtly flavoured and not oversweet.
