Starry Season Punch

This recipe comes from Griffo’s in-house mixologists with some UK adaptations. It serves 10 people and can be prepared the day before – perfect for Christmas gatherings!

Mix the following together:

20 oz Griffo Scott Street Gin
10 oz Cranes Cranberry & Blood Orange Liqueur
5 oz Sweet Vermouth
20 dashes of Dashfire Spiced Apple bitters
10 dashes of Dashfire Star Anise bitters
1 cinnamon stick
3 star anise
2 pomegranates (add seeds or slice into wedges) 2 blood oranges sliced into wedges.

Refrigerate the mixture overnight and then pour into a punch bowl with the juice of 8 lemons.

Serve over ice, add a splash of tonic to each glass…and have a very merry Christmas! 🎁🍸🎄
