This recipe comes from Griffo’s in-house mixologists with some UK adaptations. It serves 10 people and can be prepared the day before – perfect for Christmas gatherings! Mix the following together:20 oz Griffo Scott Street Gin10 oz Cranes Cranberry & Blood Orange Liqueur5 oz Sweet Vermouth20 dashes of Dashfire Spiced Apple bitters10 dashes of Dashfire Star Anise bitters1 cinnamon stick3 star anise2 pomegranates (add seeds or slice into wedges) 2 blood oranges sliced into wedges. Ingredients 2.0 oz. Uncle Val's Restorative Gin2.0 oz. Cranberry Juice0.5 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao0.5 oz. Lemon Juice0.5 oz. Liquid Alchemist Apple Spiced Syrup2 Dashes Dashfire Orange Bitters Method Build in shaker tin with all ingredients add ice, cap with other side of tin and shake for 8 seconds.
